I remember being told to wear a bra "all the time" and I did it BUT
when I started having radiation burn I used one (or 2) of my husbands oldest and softest handkerchiefs between the burn and my bra. They were "lifesavers".
If handkerchiefs are not an option, do you have an OLD cotton sheet that you could cut up?
I ended up having about 2 square feet of lost epidermis, but that's because I accepted the advice of a technician about what skin cream to use. In the end I had to use a silver containing creme that the doctors apparently hate to have to use. It worked.
(I haven't had the nerve to look on the internet to see why they don't like to use the silver.)

Best Wishes for rapid healing.
