I saw a response on another thread where someone asked why is a stock marked buy if it is above fair value.

The quick answer is ratings are updated daily and fair value is a long detailed process which is only updated every 3 months or so.

Therefore new information may have become available which indicates it is still a good buy.

I don't specifically know that information about MA. Hopefully someone else will chime in with it.
