I share your disappointment. Although I have done well with Aurora (in at about 7, then sold 2/3 of my holdings at 75), I was holding the rest for the long term and even toying with buying more if it fell to the low teens, because I believed it had great long-term potential. Frankly, I was surprised they would sell for anything less than $50/share, about double what they ended up getting. I wonder if management knew something that we dont (e.g. large costs looming on the horizon or something)? In any event, I am a lot less enthusiastic about the merged company, and will probably sell my shares and move on. Anyone care to try and make a compelling case FOR the buyout at this price?
