I started with TDA, but Tiaa-Cref said they needed me to do it from their end. They are just being difficult.

I think she is too old to bother with a Roth conversion, and the amount isn't great either.

Thanks for your thoughts. I'll have to think about the compounding to see how much tax savings might be involved in doing a rollover vs. withdrawing to a taxable account.
