I think there's a risk that the inflation rate might get worse before it gets better.

I hate it when I’m right about things like that. The most recent CPI was up to 7.0%, further worsening from the prior month’s 6.8%.

Even scarier, the overall number went up even as energy prices dropped slightly. That’s a sign that costs are trickling through and are that much likelier to stick.
