I understand you can connect to more than one iTunes account,

I don't think you can.

What you can do is connect to more than one computer.

From the home screen, choose "computers." (I think the icon looks like a house with a music note on it.)

When I do that, it lets me choose between my two Macs, but only if they are both on, awake, and iTunes is open.

After I select a computer, it lets me choose a category (music, movies, etc.), and then I get the media files.
