I use Fidelity for mine and my wife's Rollover IRAs. No fee to open, no yearly fee, no weird timing issues, no fees for different orders. There is a $2500 account minimium.

Are you looking to buy stocks or mutual funds in the IRA? The per trade cost is not great compared to other discount brokers (varies by account balance, worst is $19/trade). However, if you are buying mutual funds, all Fidelity funds, and funds from many other fund families have no transaction costs.
