I use Value Line through my local library, but my library (Newport Beach) has an ebranch. I know other libraries with similar setups. An investing friend of mine in Pasadena has the same setup with his local library there. From the comfort of my own home (or anywhere with an internet connection) I can log into Value Line's website for free using my library card. In my case I can access Morningstar that way as well. Your mileage will vary depending on what services your nearby libraries have.
