I was having trouble with my Spectrum mail, both my account and my wife's. I called Apple Help they had me delete the accounts and then set them up again. I did that and both accounts seem to be working fine. It’s been about a month with no problems. - Ned

Hi Birgit,

Maybe try sending yourself test messages from that account, to that account, pin down if it's the Send or receive side. I've had to delete an account, reinstall it to clean it up..
