I went through some Quicken pain as well, but had attributed it to my own mucking around, having changed my login name. Went through a few iterations of getting connected before contacting FIB to have them reset my Quicken login, and I learned the new login format. I did have a lot of duplicates to delete, but hadn't attributed it to the upgrade directly. But if it was a broader issue that affected more, that does stink.

I had a few hundred duplicates or so and it took a few minutes to deal with, so annoyed but not outraged over the inconvenience. Hopefully the upgrade will allow them to operate as well as ever, if not better.
