I wish you wouldn't say "Democrats" when you mean "a couple of Democrats."

Exactly. "Nessie" would rather continue to see fascists "elected" than accept the reality that the progressive position on issues controls an insufficient number of elected Senators to pass. This "progressive" wing of the party was less than cooperative when the time came to throw all their weight behind Democratic candidates who "failed" their "purity" tests, and so the obvious result is the Senate we see today -- a painfully thin Democratic "majority."

I gave up on these self-proclaimed "progressives" back when they refused to support Hillary over Trump. They are as deluded, in their own way, as those on the right who just want to blow up the system if they can't get everything they want NOW!

So Nessie loves to blame "the Democrats" when he's partly responsible for the fact that we don't have a majority sufficient to pass legislation. His gripe, of course, is that everyone should agree with HIS positions, and that those who don't are simply "Republican Lite," in precisely the same way that the fascists are "cancelling" Liz Cheney.
