I won't go there. But, I'll note here, I saw an article that said 70 percent of Americans eat too much meant and too much fat. I believe it was from cancer researchers. Part of it bemoaned the fact that education just hasn't helped.

FWIW, whenver I am in the least bit sick people say -- it's your diet. Recently (being ill at work) I snapped back that my diet is better than most everyone. That was followed by utter silence. The sad part, is I am correct and I think my diet leaves something to be desired as Wasabi Peas aren't exactly health food. One can be a junkfood veg*. Nonetheless, my diet is good. Plenty of veg's and fruit and whole grains. My colon loves me and those kidney stones won't get me.

But, it is easier to say any ill person or any different person shouldn't eat only non-animal life. People are afraid of anything different. It scares them and forces them to reassess their world view.
