No, it doesn't include dividends at all, and dividends are not available on a historical basis through the function.

Nor are the values returned adjusted for dividends the way stock price history on Yahoo! Finance shows when you retrieve a table of history values.

Which historical stock price should I be using on Yahoo! Finance that would account for dividends and expense ratios - would it be the closing price or the adjusted closing price?

"Adjusted Closing Price" accounts for dividends in indexes and mutual funds, I believe. Not entirely sure on regular stocks. Pick something you know the activity on and tell me what you find, please.
