I've got 19 lbs of boneless pork butts going in the Weber bullet smoker.

Just a quick food follow up. We defrosted some of the leftover pulled pork last night and made some amazing tacos with it. Try this once and you'll never go back to those Old El Paso kits (or Taco Bell, lol).

Just reheat the pork in the pan with some homemade taco seasoning (cumin, paprika, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt). DW had a salad kit in the fridge, and mixed a little up with sriracha and lime juice. Put that, the seasoned pork, a little cheese, black olives, avocado, and some pumpkin seeds on a flour tortilla. Amazing!
