I've never really understood this "conflicts with my religious beliefs." What exactly is it that conflicts with those beliefs here? That two people of the same sex have sexual relations? That they are married? OK suppose that conflicts with their religious beliefs, which are quite otherwise. They themselves would NEVER have same-sex relations. OK. Let's grant that. Or is the radiologist's religious belief that those two people are great sinners? Suppose that's the religious belief here. Then he should refrain from giving medical aid to sinners? THAT's his belief???

No.

Again, the religious objection is typically raised based on the moral aspects of the practice or procedure, not solely based on the moral qualities of the recipient of the practice or procedure. And certainly the federal law (and all the state examples of conscience laws I've read, but I can't speak to all of them) would not address the situation described above.
