I'd rather be in a kitchen cooking up some loving than in a crowded restaurant somewhere.

A highlight of traveling, to me, is experiencing the local talent doing what they do best with he best the region has to offer.

All due respect to the folks I'm visiting, but if they stuck me with their scrambled egggs and bimbo bread while some Chez' mom was cranking out her pan fried chicken, biskits, and fruit cobbler just down the road..... I don't care if I do have to wait in line... sheeeeeesh - NO CONTEST. You buy, I'll but, but I wanna experience Chez' moms talent.

And, amongst my maritime associates, the rule is - home port buys.

So, next time I'm in Maryland, I expect Charles to spring for an afternoon at Cantlers on Saturday.... then race home and crank up that BBQ-O'my dreams for Sunday ..... That way I get home lovin', and the Cantlers clean up the shell mess. See. I'm easy ;-)
