I'd recommend Leadership as a Lifestyle by John Hawkins.

He has two web sites. The first, http://www.lead-edge.com/ , is about his organization.

Here's the mission statement:

The mission of Leadership Edge is to provide strategic preparation for university students in facing tomorrow's leadership challenges.

The second site is, http://www.leadershiplifestyle.com/ .

Here's an excerpt about the organization:

Leadership Lifestyle provides leadership development services that confront the challenges of today's organizations. Founder and primary consultant, John Hawkins, has provided consulting and training for over sixty-five corporations and universities. In addition, he has provided regional and national keynote addresses for organizations including the US Department of Commerce, CPA America, and Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group (PMRG).

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway.

HTH,
Zee
