I do not believe eating good quality food is very friendly towards the old pocket book. But don't you think some of the prices for the 'convienence' foods are a bit much?

$2.67 for some organic mac n cheese for like half a servering?

Any ideas for someone who works odd hours, doesn't have a lot of time to prepare meals, etc.

Ideas!! Please, I beg of you. Specifically looking for informatoin on brining a meal to work 4 times a week.

Do you guys cook the whole week's food on sunday and just stuff it in the fidge, do you fix it every night before work? Do tell!
