if hasbro doesn't have anything better to spend its money on, or if they are extremely bullish about their future and the undervalued nature of their stock, then they should either pay a dividend or buy back stock.

if they truly can't spend their money any better, then it's fine, but if they are really getting loans to buy their own stock, then something is wrong. however, i think when they say, "credit facilities," they just mean short term cash, as in, "we're going to be paid this money, we just don't have it on hand right now"

i wouldn't be too concerned about this buyback. i'm fairly positive about it.
