If my calculations are correct INTC would look
something like this:

INTC 1,657,500,000 $118.25 195,999,375,000 312,500,000 $18.13 16%

You're right, partially. I missed the footnote in the 10K that said the share count was adjusted for splits through April 99, which means the 10K was anticipating the split before it happened. But the number of options has to be adjusted for the split in the same way, so the Dilution Ratio remains about the same.

I will recalculate and re-post the table.
