If nothing has been reported for nearly 2 years, the credit limit is unlikely to be counted in your current credit utilization.

Is the status of the card actually "open"? Or is the status something like "transferred to another account"? Since you converted to a 'regular' card, the history will remain for the World card, but the status should show that the account was converted to a different account. If it still shows "open" you should probably call Citi and ask why they are reporting it as "open".

The credit limit is indeed reported in my utilization (thus giving me an extra $21,500), and the status of the card is open/paying as agreed on all three reports. There is no notation whatsoever that the account was transferred.

It looks like Citi simply didn't close the "World" account, and the account has stayed open. Now I need to decide if I should close this basically invisible account -- but I know that will have some adverse effects on my credit score, and I am shopping around for a mortgage right now.
