If she is stepping into a CEO job or something and will have the greater income, then she should take the exemption and reimburse you!)

She will be stepping into the job of a 2nd Lt, USAF which may complicate things a little more. The AF gives her money and pays most of her tuition(she is AFROTC). We give her the equivalent of the cost of room and board on campus(she lives in an apt.) and pay the rest of the tuition and fees BUT we will pay for spring semester tuition and fees at the beginning of Dec 2002. It sounds like it's probably going to be her exemption and not ours. Since I use software - Turbotax usually, I'll be able to run both scenarios. Is it legal to do whichever works out best or is it an absolute more than 50% support thing ?
