If things are operating properly the condensate should be collected within the air handler and drain out the pipe connected to the air handler.

I was wondering if the fact that the air handler appears that it might be on its side would explain the water getting loose from the unit into the pan.

In any case the best HVAC guy I can find will be checking it all out. Finding such a person might be the challenge.

Thanks!
