If you are a self-directed investor and want minimal fees, roll over into a Scottrade Traditional IRA (TIRA). You will be able to add $3k/yr (2003-2004) into it or a Roth IRA (combined total), and $5k in 2005. Contributions to a TIRA will be tax deferred like your old plan was.
