If you have a separate fire wall program (a very good idea), or even just a router, you probably have the Windows firewall turned off now. SP2 will turn it on; so you have to turn it off to avoid all kinds of conflicts that might arise between competing firewalls.

I was looking through some of the information on SP2, but I didn't see how to turn off the Windows Firewall. Would someone tell me how to do that?

Thanks,

Mark
