If you KNOW where the pipe can sawcut out just a 1' wide strip of concrete above it, do the work, then drill into the existing sides, stab rebar dowels in those holes, and re-pour the gap.

Read ahead. I already said why I won't do this. I spent over $5000 a few years ago on concrete repair and decorative overlay to hide the repairs. I'm not about to undo all that.
