If you were to design your ideal "5-star" campground, what would it look like? What would it include? What would it definitely not include?

OK, here are some of the things I feel are important:
Extra wide concrete roads and places for turnarounds.
Located on water, lake, river. Need a boat launch and maybe some boat slips.
Extra wide slabs, room for slide outs. Make the slabs 70-75 feet deep.
Modem on every site.
Beautiful landscaping.
Pet walk centrally located, not in the back 40.
Spa and steam room.
Small gym.
Clubhouse with a full kitchen.
Quiet room for playing cards/chess
Pool tables
Small store.
More than one pool; one indoors, both heated.
Laundry with lots of machines.
BBQ pit and/or smoker
No Park Models and no tents. RV's only
And, if you allow sales, be VERY careful of how you structure your Lot Owners Advisory Committee. A RV Resort is not a condo!
