Not sure I fully understand the math here, but it seems to me this isn't really going to be that hard to beat. I would just write that he has to beat the S&P 500 as a whole.

Hopefully there will be a Fool article that delves into this, and what negative things it might incentivize Iger to do to reach the goal (take on more debt for another acquisition, as an example), in addition to the positive aspects for shareholders vis a vis the new compensation metrics...
