DW and I used to have a cleaning lady come by a couple of times per month. The first time she came out, she left us a brochure for her company, and wrote up a proposal that outlined what she would do in a cleaning visit, and gave her price. I always viewed her as a business selling me a service - I was the customer, not the boss. Now, if I employed a full-time house keeper, that would be a different story.
