I'm just curious if Imus disclosed - during his diatribe - that his program is hosted on the Viacom owned radio station in New York, that the syndication of his program is handled by a Viacom business group, and that his own paycheck says "Viacom" on it?

What? You mean he's generating controversy, getting higher ratings, and increasing his pay without disclosing this obvious conflict of interest?

Wow. Holy ratings, Batman!
Whaaaa? If Imus is getting his check from Viacom, then agreeing with what the books publisher and 60 minutes said would be bad, if he didn't disclose the conflict of interest. By disagreeing he is potentially hurting 60 Minutes and the books publisher. How can it be a conflict of interest if you are disagreeing? It doesn't make any sense, you can disagree with anyone for ratings.
