I'm saying your hypothetical is outside the bounds of the problem. Fair enough.In other words, there's no opportunity for negotiation. The proposing pirate has the advantage of defining the terms unilaterally, and once they're defined, the others either have to take it or leave it. So it makes sense to give the others as little as is necessary to induce the desired behavior.I've been thinking like a lawyer too long. At least soon I'll get a break from that....dan
