IMO, the current batch of CGMs are mostly temporary gimmicks. Sure, they allow 24/7 blood sugar readings, but they do not do anything else. I want something that *does* something when there is a problem. Flashing a light or sounding a buzzer (etc) is not doing anything. It just gives notice to the person that something needs to be done.

Once the tech gets FAR better, and less intrusive, then I might consider one.
