There's something on my brokerage account activity that I don't understand. I own shares of Petrohawk Energy (HAWK), and on 8/30, that security paid me $8.31 labeld "IN LIEU OF FRX SHARE LEU PAYOUT". What does that mean? Usually when I get a dividend, my broker lists it as "Dividend Received". Could this have something to do with the KCS buyout from earlier this summer (I was a KCS shareholder before the merger on 7/14)?
