In the case of this little girl, I'm sure she'll be an amazing standout in HS and possibly college...for girls. But in HS football, once boys catch up in physical maturity, they would cut her in half. Women just don't have the genes to get as big and fast as boys do. I would not let my girls play against boys as they get older. Too dangerous.

Yeah, I hate to move anyone from what they love, but it would seem introducing this kid to Rugby or Lacrosse or some other really physical game were she would be likely to compete and if her physical gifts develop well dominate, would be nice

Unfortunately, it is hard to take a kid from what they love, and there is not often accounting for that. But there are Rugby scholarships out there, and I hope the parents try to channel her to close enough.
