As an IC how much can I contribute to a 401k per year (in real dollars and as a percent of IC income)?

Also if I have already made a ROTH-IRA contribution for TY2002, can I "take it back" and roll it into a 401k?

And finally my employer (separate income from the IC work) offers a 403b, but I choose not to participate because I did not like the investment opportunities and they offered no match. Can I open a separate 2nd 401k using monies from my primary employeer?

Thanks
