ING's ads still say 3%. Not until you get to their website does it say 2.75%.

Zion's Bank still has 3.10% APY (minimum balance $1000).
www.Centralbankus.com still has 3.05% APY checking (rate guaranteed until end of 2002).
In the non-FDIC arena, GM's money market (www.demandnotes.com) pays 3.05% APY.
So does Ford. (www.fordfinancial.com/moneymarket)

Several other banks have savings products with APY slightly above 3.00%.

American Express Online Banking is another with APR of 3.00% for over $5,000 in the account, or 3.05% at some really high amount ($50,000 I think.)
