I have had an ING savings account for over a year and I am thrilled with the interest rate I earn. I signed up for an ING Mutual Fund (actually, several) at the end of October and am unable to view my daily balances on their web site. I have contacted ING twice about this to find out why I can not see my "linked" mutual funds. They tell me other customers are having the same problem, but I'm not sure I've read any other messages about this problem on this board. They tell me they're not sure when the problem will be fixed.

Am I alone here?
