Innocent until proven guilty is such a difficult concept for many Americans, even though it is the bedrock of our justice system.

HSBC admitted to money laundering for cartels; paid $2B in fine and walked away without criminal charges and no one spend a night in jail.

Proven until guilty my A$$. Wall street bankers can commit any fraud, any crime there is no punishment. The sickening part of our culture is if someone is rich we want to absolve them with all crimes.
