Greetings to all fools.
Perhaps some kind fool will tell me about
'insider hold period'.

when does the clock start?
who sets the length?, SEC, the IPO underwriting
house, the company itself, somebody else ?

When insiders intend to sell, what is the 'file type' that is filed with the SEC?

How do I find info such as 'John Doe, Pres of
XYZ Corp, is allowed to sell xxxx shares on/after
xx/xx/xx date'?

While I am vaguely familiar with the SEC website and EDGAR, please be as specific as posible. Thanks.
