One of the things that some investors do prior to purchasing stock in a company is to review insider trades.The link below for Tyco shows that all insider transactions for the year 2002 entailed the purchase of shares of Tyco.This would seem to indicate that these insiders had no clue as to what was going on with the Tyco fiasco.This discredits the belief that if you buy with the insiders,you can not go wrong.
