Of course. We are always assured that everything will be wonderful, with enough deregulation, outsourcing and privatization. The FAA will no doubt rule that, as some flight deck crews were able to find a solution and turn the system off, before the plan augered in, Boeing is blameless. It's all the "rogue underling" pilot's fault. I'm sure there is a cushy job waiting for Mr Dickson on the Boeing BoD, as soon as he deflects responsibility away from the company.
