Interactive Brokers has long been the only "fair" one in that they have the lowest rates, passing through exchange
charges without mark up, and don't sell order flow, instead giving the clients the best price they can find.
The downside is that the commissions, though low, are sometimes a bit hard to predict. Sometimes negative, though...I can get paid to trade.

But, it seems they have been forced to join the rush to zero.
They have now introduced a zero commission "IBKR Lite [sic]" product.
