I'm not big on stats, but I found this interesting.

 

There are currently 200 players in CAPS with 100 or more picks. 84 of those have player ratings 90 and above, and 112 players have ratings 80 and above.

 

It certainly seems to be that many of the best players in CAPs are the ones making the most picks - exactly what the CAPS team was hoping for I believe.
