When I download photos from my iPhone, if edited on the iPhone, we get three files, the AAE sidecar, the original file, and the final, edited file, where the file is named 'IMG_Exxxx.JPG.

So by sorting on the Kind I can eliminate the AAE sidecars. By sorting on the filename I can eliminate the unmodified, 'IMG_xxxx.JPG' files, leaving the edited E files..

I've had to do multiple Renames to erase the E's, so they fall into place when sorted by Name.

Any way to bulk rename, yet keep the sequential numbers, other than one at a time as I've had to do?

Tedious it is!
