IPO 8/97 @ 15, up to 22, then a long slide down as they had several false starts with new management, spent IPO $ on new product, and missed numbers that they had never had to hit before.

Beaten down early to well below book and sales despite debt-free, $2/share or so of cash, undervalued real assets, a very strong mid-market presence, and solid products and customers.

Now that the erp sector has been beaten down and BAANF, PSFT, etc. are revealed as overpriced (still), the value is starting to show. Similar companies like DWRX are being bought. SSAX, nearly bankrupt, is priced higher.

Rumors that they will exceed Q3 and Q4 numbers, apparent upward momentum when there's not much to be found ... someone this week has noticed QADI.
