Someone please help me. I'm new to the investing world. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to find out a definite date for an IPO, if I can acqire a company's financials before they have their IPO(otherwise, how do you know they're a good investment?), and how do I instruct my broker to buy as soon as the IPO goes into effect? Your help would be invaluable, and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
