I am a late starter to the investment world. I have been reading many of the posts for the past year, and decided that it was my time to ask a question.
I am 31 years old and the only retirement investing option I have at this current time is a traditional IRA. The IRA I have is with TIAA-CREF in an Index Fund that tracks the Russell 3000. What i would like to know is if this is enough diversification for a retirement account, or maybe to diversified?

Thanks (in advance)
