I previously posted about rolling over my assets from my 401(k) to an IRA due to a job termination. I have decided to do this with Vanguard, but am getting confused on the best allocation of funds. My initial thought would be to do:
1/5 VFINX - S&P 500 Index
1/5 VIMSX - MidCap Index
1/5 NAESX - SmallCap Index
1/5 VTSMX - Total Market Index
1/5 VGTSX - International Index

Any thoughts on whether that makes sense? I wasn't sure if the Int'l should be a full 1/5. Also, Vanguard "recommends" VIGRX - "Growth" and VIVAX -"Value" funds as well (they are on the fool no-load) list, but I'm not sure whether they are recommended in addition to, or in place of the 500, Midcap and Small Cap index funds.

As previously indicated, I have 30 years till retirement.

Thank you for your insights.
