I'm sorry for posting about something that I'm sure has been covered many times but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in some of the old posts. I have about $9000 in stock in a traditional IRA and am wondering if I should move it into a Roth IRA. I'm 22 and am starting a new job coming out of college. I don't plan on withdrawing for awhile. My new job also has a 401K plan and I'm wondering how this will affect my retirement plans. Any advice for someone new to the real "work" world would be great.
