Is it possible to rollover a partial amount of your 401K to an IRA. If the answer is yes, can you do partail rollovers more than once?

That may depend on your plan. I do have a partial rollover option and reading thru the "Direct Rollover" criteria of my plan, I do not see any limitation to the number of partial rollovers (as long as the fund has the $ ). I receive a quarterly statement and all the criteria appears on the last 2 pages. You can also check with your plan administrator.
Hope this helps.
